o activate the Trade on Phone services,

1. please call us at our Customer care number 022-40508080 / 61480808 and select option 1 from the list of main menu options played on IVR System

2. You will be required to put your Bank customer id and a TCODE which is sent to you along with Account opening form inside the PIN Mailer, followed by a new 4 digit TCODE.

3. Post this your account will be activated. Please use this TCODE for further transactions on IVR.

The first twenty calls made in a calender month will be free. All subsequent calls to the Trade-On-Phone desk will be charged at Rs.20 per call.

You can generate temporary TCODE by choosing option 2 through IVR. New TCODE will be sent to your registered mobile no. available with us. Physical TCODE will be dispatched to your registered address in case of unavailability of registered mobile no.

What is the Trade-on-Phone authentication process?

You will receive a PIN mailer at the time of account opening. PIN mailer will contain TCODE and ICODE. TCODE has to be changed while accessing the IVR for the first time. The new TCODE chosen by you has to be used for authentication through IVR.

You are required to Customer care number 022-40508080 / 61480808. Once you are connected to the IVR, you need to follow the instructions as given below:

Step 1: Language selection by Pressing 1 for English and 2 for Hindi.

Step 2: Press 1 for trading from the menu options.

Step 3: Undergo an authentication process.

Step 4: Press 1 for trading in Equity and 2 for trading in Derivatives.

Step 5: You will be connected to a dealer to place your orders.

I have lost/forgotten my TCODE? How can I regenerate a new TCODE?

You can generate temporary TCODE by choosing option 2 through IVR. You will receive a new TCODE on your registered mobile number or on registered address in case mobile number is not available in database.

Alternatively, you can also place request for new TCODE through :

1. Calling on toll free number

2. Write to us at helpdesk@axisdirect.in from your registered email id

3. Send the written request to the following address:
